I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Texas, under supervision of Kimberley Mead, LPC-S. I work with people who are navigating mortality, uncertainty, and the more tender seasons of life. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or quietly carrying experiences that don’t always have clear language—grief, caregiving, aging, illness, or a sense that something meaningful is shifting.
My approach is relational, thoughtful, and grounded in respect for the whole person. I draw from existential, and humanistic perspectives, along with mindfulness-based practices, to help people slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most to them. I help people feel genuinely seen, supported, and create resources as they move through life’s transitions.
Before becoming a counselor, I worked in small businesses and wellness environments, as well as teaching movement and contemplative practices such as yoga, martial arts, and meditation. These experiences shape how I show up in the therapy room—with steadiness and presence. I earned a Master’s degree in Community Psychology, which lends me to curiosity of people’s life context and an appreciation for how our inner lives are shaped by relationships, work, health, family, culture, and the systems in which we live.
If you are experiencing grief, illness, unprecedented change or major life transitions, try therapy with me. It is collaborative and paced with care. We’ll work together to make sense of what you’re experiencing, strengthen your capacity for resilience, and create space for dignity and choice.
Above all, I will offer you a counseling relationship that is human, steady, and respectful. I appreciate that the hardest step is often the first. Please know you don’t have to have it all figured out before you begin. I’ll meet you at the doorway, and together we will walk in.
